1.) The Project Design Process
What do you want your bronze plaque to look like? If you already
have an idea what you want, please contact our design team for a free
proof: team@custombronzeplaques.com. If you are just starting the conceptualization
of your project, please spend some time reviewing our design categories
list. There are many recent project photos and concepts on this website
that will help give you an idea where to start.
 
2.) The Proof Process
Contact our design team so that we can get started on the design
of your plaque. If there is a certain dedication or ceremony date that
we need to be award of, let us know. We do offer a rush service for
last minute projects.
3.) Proof Approval
We will send you a link to the proof concept, this link will
also serve as an order form. Once you are pleased with the design layout.
Print the order form and fax it into our office, so that we can get
started on the production of your bronze plaque
4.) Manufacturing
Our current production time is 3-5 weeks. As mentioned we do
offer a rush service for last minute projects.
5.) Delivery
We make sure that you receive your plaque ahead of schedule
so that you can focus on the ceremony or dedication event.

Ordering
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards.
Photos & Logos
We prefer 300
dpi image files. Please note that " internet" logos or
artwork are much too poor and are not acceptable for engraving. They look
good on a computer screen but they lack the resolution for achieving quality
results.
Proofs
We will layout the engraving to your instructions as best fits the piece
to be engraved. We will email you a link of the proof. You should check
the proof for spelling, etc. After we receive your approval of the proof,
we will proceed with the engraving. Unless otherwise requested, proofs
will only be sent for plaques.

Sample Proof Letter
Below are two different options for you to choose form. I have provided
you with both an engraved bronze & cast bronze price quote. After
reviewing your project needs, I realized that we would not be able to cast the
amount of text solicited in a clean manner on a 450mm x 350mm size plaque. We
could cast this plaque, but we would need to increase the size of the plaque. However,
I’m not sure how much flexibility you have with this project and
if resizing is a concern.
The other alternative for you to consider is our engraved bronze plaque. These
types of plaques are created when details is required. For example,
the plaques with fine detailing such as the photo plaques featured on our
website are engraved. In this manner we would be able to offer you
the 450mm x 350mm engraved bronze plaque with out compromising the text. Additionally,
you may want to consider adding imaging (if you choose this option) at
no extra cost, perhaps historical WWII photos.

The text on this plaque is too small to cast cleanly. We will need the
main text(names) to be a minimum of 5/16” high in order to cast as
upper and lower case letters as shown. This will increase the layout shown
to approx 28” x 22” – 711m x 558m.
